1. Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days from receipt of item.
2. Customer must email the photo of the item, photo of receipt, details of the defective item/s and details of the customer at firstname.lastname@example.org. AllSports will notify the customer to send back the item/s.
3. The following are valid reasons to return an item / request for refund:
- Product delivered is different in nature from the product specified in the confirmed order form
- Product delivered is faulty, defective, or damaged product;
- Customer needs a change of size (for apparel);
4. Returns / exchange of intimate apparel or items that are hygienic in nature will not be accepted. These items include underwear, socks, shirts, etc. Consumable items must remain sealed and unused.
5. Ensure that all items to be returned/exchanged are still in their original packaging, with complete accessories, attached price tag and original receipt.
6. Items must be returned to store of purchase, on the account of the customer. Delivery of item replacement will be shouldered by AllSports.
7. In case item replacement is not available, refund will be processed.
